Return Policies

Replacements:

If it was before shipping, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want. Is to contact us first for your desired item. Then we can proceed to order editing or re-purchase. If the item was already shipped, and you wish to have a replacement. We request that you return your purchase for a refund. Once the return process is fully completed, you may re-purchase at your convenience. Return instructions please see below.

 

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or in fact the merchandise itself was defective. You have 14 days to return your purchase at your cost. Please contact us at sales@skxmod.net or help@skxmod.net first. And we will assist you with your return. 

Remember, returns are only for new and unworn merchandise, customers also have to pay for the cost of return shipping. You may not wear, alter, size or otherwise use the item you are returning. Also in comprehensive picture proof for documentary purposes. And lastly the approval of our staff. Please do not ship to unauthorized address that we did not approve. In that way we are not responsible for your return/replacement.

Also giving us sufficient time to response during working hours. Hence, do not raise return/refund dispute or request from your own. Notifying us first, and we will work to facilitate or proceed a satisfactory solution. Otherwise we will not accept such action or any after-sales service following. 

Please note that due to their originality, any customized merchandise by SKXMOD are not returnable or refundable. Also, we cannot guarantee compatibility and fitting to counterfeit or wrong object you are going to utilize our merchandise upon. Nor can we support return/replacement service for such situation other than quality issue. For that, we strongly advise a thorough inspection on our listing, the order you placed and received items, before any installation of our merchandise

Please return the item in the exact condition it was shipped to you. Make sure receipts, hang tags or stickers that came along in the package are all in place. No protective contents can be removed, and item must still be sealed in original packaging. Also include any packaging, warranty card, manuals, etc. If there are any signs of wear, we will refuse the return. You will be responsible for the cost of rejected return shipping.

 

Return/Replacement Instructions:

Please send your return to our provided address using the carrier of your choice. Details can be acquired from our customers service. We recommend you insure it against loss and use sufficient packing material to prevent damage in transit. We request that you obtain a signature on delivery, and keep a copy of the shipping label. The item is your responsibility until we verify it arrives at our facility.  Note that a "delivery" notification from the shipping company is not sufficient, as they do mis-deliver packages. Only a signature from our staff, and a copy of the label, can be used for delivery proof and subsequent refund. Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for the return to process

On the contrary, if you want to return the parcel midway of delivery. They can be returned to our oversea warehouse. Yet limited on different countries, please check for more on Shipping Policies page. Once it's shown delivered on the shipping status. Return service is no longer available. And our oversea warehouse will not take this parcel anymore even if you send it to them. It will go directly to the discard pile.

If you are located outside of Mainland, China. Please follow the same instructions. But remember to declare the item as a “return item” for customs purposes. To ensure we do not pay taxes on the return. Any taxes you might have paid for delivery upon its re-entry to your country, we will not reimburse you. Similarly, we will not accept any incoming replace/return parcel with delivery fees to be collected at recipient, which is us.
